PROMOTING TIPS:
We are trying to reach 225 tickets per event. The reason this is our number is that it covers the costs of our event. We need your help to that, and we are so grateful! Feel free to ask our event manager, Tara, at any point where the TKT sales are for your event!
We have found the most effective and powerful form of promotion is sending 2-3 emails to the ladies of your congregation.
Send one email a month out letting them know early bird TKTS are about to expire!
Send out an email the Monday or Tuesday (the week of your event) INVITING THEM TO JOIN US! This email is vital as it’s where most of the ticket sales come from the week of the event.
MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE THE LINK TO YOUR EVENT.
Re-post graphics that we’ve provided. People so often miss social media posts, so feel free to cycle through them a few times to help promote the event along with the link to get tickets.
Newsletter. Does your church have a newsletter? Sending out the event information months in advance and the week of can really help reach people.
From the pulpit during announcements: Starting as early as 6 months out, let your members know the event is coming!
From the pulpit for 3 weeks out, 2 week out and the week of your event.
Share the videos on Facebook and Instagram.
