Frequently Asked Questions
IS this event based in a certain denomination?
This is a non-denominational event.
The event is sold out. can i get a ticket?
If the event is sold out, we have no more tickets available online. HOWEVER, 99.9% of the time, we are able to sell tickets at the door, due to last minute “no-shows!!” Simply come to the front desk that night and see if we have seats open! We will sell you one on the spot! This applies to events held in churches, civic centers & stadiums. We are unable to do this, however, if your event is being held in a theater.
Can i bring my husband?
This is a women’s event filled with female humor. If you need your husband to attend with you, due to a personal or health situation, we understand! Just let us know upon entry, so our security team can be alerted that he’s permitted to be there.
Do I have to print out my tickets?
Once you purchase your tickets you will receive a QR code for each ticket. You will have this QR code scanned at the door. You can simply have it pulled up on your phone when you arrive or print it out if you prefer. Can’t find your email confirmation? Don’t worry! If you purchased tickets, we do have the capability to look you up in our system under the ticket purchaser’s name. Please just speak to someone at the front desk as you walk in.
Will there be childcare?
We do not provide childcare.
I want to bring a group of LADIES; can we get a group discount?
Yes! Click on the event you are wanting to attend. At the bottom of the event page, you’ll see an option for group tickets (both VIP and General Admission). After your purchase, you can add tickets (at the group rate) by checking the instructions on your confirmation email. This info is also on the ticket itself. Can’t locate it? Email us at tara.theunknowntour@gmail.com
Can I bring my baby?!
Yes! While we know every mother enjoys a kid-free moment now and then, we are traveling mothers ourselves and know it’s not always possible. If you find that your little bundle of joy is NOT loving the show, we invite you to hang out with them in the lobby until they are ready to rock the event. While infants do not need a ticket, any small children need to have a ticket to ensure there is an available seat. We also ask that you do not sit in the front row with kids and infants. This will help us support our artists and their focus. Thank you so much in advance!
Will There Be A Sign Language Interpreter?
Unfortunately, we do not provide this amazing service as a part of our traveling team. We hope to be able to provide this in the future.
will there be snacks?
If your event is located in a church or a civic center, only bottled water will be provided (but feel free to put snacks in your purse, we will have them in ours, LOL!) If your event is located in a theater or stadium, a concession stand will be on location. Bring funds, as it will not be free.
Can i bring my Kids or teenager?
You can, but please be advised that material is tailored to adult women (marriage humor, parenting humor, OBGYN and clean female humor). We have found that typically, anyone over 16 enjoys the event.
I CAN’T FIND MY TICKETS IN MY EMAIL!
Please check your spam folder. You’ll be looking for an email from Eventbrite. If you can’t find it there, please email us. You will need to bring the tickets, either printed or on your PHONE. We will be scanning the QR code for entry for all church, stadium and civic center events. BUT, if you can’t locate them, don’t worry! We have you covered, we will look you up by name, upon entry.
NOTE- this is only for church, stadium and civic center events. If you have tickets from an event being held in a THEATER- we will NOT be able to look you up, you’ll need to contact the THEATER for the tickets, as those were purchased through THEM.
Am i able to get a free ticket for my company/organization/friends?
We do not comp tickets as there is no way to make this fair to all the requests. However, you can email our event manager and see if we are accepting volunteers for the show (who volunteer in exchange for seeing the show).
Am I going to have the best time ever?
You know it! We can’t wait to see you there.
